An e-commerce brand was running four separate systems — SOS Inventory for stock management, Shopify for DTC sales, Amazon Seller Central for marketplace, and QuickBooks for financials — with no connection between them. We built a conversational bot that queries all four APIs in real-time, so the operations team can ask "what's our stock level for SKU X across all channels?" and get a single answer instead of checking four dashboards.
