Asset tracking and invoicing ran on separate systems with no analytics connecting them. We built the layer that calculates rotation rates, flags underperforming accounts, and keeps both systems in sync every 15 minutes. Six dashboards now show exactly which cylinders are generating revenue and which are sitting as dead capital.
